Our Background
Who We Are
Leo and Megan are the proud owners and operators of Anchor Point Home and Wellness. We work across Southwest Florida (Lee County, Cape Coral, and nearby) with remote services available nationwide. Our combined credentials are SHSS (Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist), CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), and PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant)—though not practicing as a PTA. We built Anchor Point to be the place families and senior living teams turn to when they want a safer home and stronger daily function without the clinical red tape.

How We Work
We provide non-clinical, non-structural home safety consulting and personal training focused on proactive fall prevention. That includes in-person and remote home safety audits that roll up into a clear PDF Safety Blueprint, memory care/cognitive support audits, functional mobility assessments, and guidance on equipment and technology. Our services are administrative environmental consultations—we don’t do physical therapy or clinical charting—and any installations are handled by facility maintenance or licensed contractors in line with Florida codes.
